How are your prices so low?
This question is asked by most of our customers. There are 2 Keys:
First,All the dresses on our website are made by our own designers, we do not wholesale from bridal designers.
Second,we operate at lower overheads than retail stores. We do not employ sales staff or alteration departments, although we can recommend places to get your alterations done.
Are you an authorized retailer of the top designers gowns?
We are not an authorized retailer for top bridal designer gowns. If you want to buy the top bridal designer dresses please visit the brand official website. All the dresses on our website will be customized by the customers' requirements.
What is the delivery time for orders?
It usually takes our designers 30 days to make dress.
When should I order?
It depends on payment way and shipping way you choose.
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping.
We suggest you place order 5 month before the wedding day.
For urgent order, please contact us. 15 days to get your dreaming dress in hand is possible, with sending payment in a certain method and small extra fast order fee.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise (they are not ready made), we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds unless goods are received in a damaged condition. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles. We check all gowns before dispatching, to make sure they arrive to buyer in good condition. But, if you find any quality problems when you get it we guarantee 7 days (from the date you received the dress form us) term-less full refund. Shipping fee is take charge by you.
How do I order?
Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online.
Or you can make the order via email.
Your dress will be custom made to your required measurements. Once payment has been made, we will email you with our measurement form,
Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
How do I pay?
you have three payment options, bank transfer or Paypal.
To pay via money orders, or cashier's checks please fill out the contact us form and we shall email you back, payment instructions.
How do I decide what size to order?
We offer a size chart, which reflects how we cut our sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the our designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.
Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order a special length. We cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can visit order status online. And we notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring to these emails first regarding your order status. If you need additional information, we welcome you to contact our us by filling out the form on our website and we will respond within 24 hours.
Why can't I get an exact shipping date instead of an estimated shipping date?
The requirements (style,color,size of the dress) of different customers are not same. So, we can't give the exactly time.
Do you ship outside the U.K.?
We ship Worldwide! If you are ordering from some countries not including by our website, please contact us, before placing your order. Fees do not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.
Can I have alterations?
We do not provide alterations for online orders. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.
What if I don't see the dress I'm interested in?
If you don't see the dress you are interested in on our website. You can just send the picture of it to our mail address. Then we will also try to customize it for you.
Can I have a picture of the gown?
The available pictures are as posted on our website. For additional pictures, please contact us.
Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new and customized by the requirements of our customers. We do not accept or offer resale items.
